Where are your products crafted?
We create our product with intention and integrity in our Austin, Texas workspace.
Do you have Covid-19 safety protocols?
Your wellness is our top priority! We created our products in a clean and sterilized environment to prevent cross-contamination. We wear mask and gloves as an added safety measure when working with open products and plant material.
Do you ship overseas?
We do not currently ship international.
How long will it take to get my order?
During normal business hours, orders are processed within 3-5 business days then shipped via USPS. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information directly to your email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently use USPS for all orders.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. Due to the nature of our products and the Covid-19 pandemic, we do not accept returns.
